In the current state, the Castle known as Deux-Amants dates from the Seventeenth century. It was originally founded in the first half of the Twelfth century.
Due to its elevated position (125 m elevation) the Castle enjoys a breathtaking view of the valleys of the Seine.
This site is especially famous for its Legend of the Two Lovers.
