Reza Namazi moved to New York from London, England at the age of 17. Having lived here for over 30 years, he considers himself a true New Yorker. Reza saw many changes in the real estate market over time from its highs to its lows. But one thing is for sure, “New York real estate is an investment that is not only valuable but prestigious to own!”
An expert in residential and commercial property sales and rentals, Reza has worked in the real estate industry for over two decades. He sold many buildings plus rented many stores and restaurants in his days as a broker. He was also the longtime owner of a brokerage firm in Soho and Tribeca who witnessed the incredible transition of these neighborhoods from housing warehouses to luxury lofts.

Though he specializes in the downtown market, Reza is very familiar with the entire city and enjoys working anywhere in Manhattan. He has worked with first-time buyers to foreign investors from around the world. He has a brilant sense of his diverse clientele’s needs. Reza has also traveled all over, so relates well to people and understands the unique needs and perspectives of different cultures.
Complementing his well-rounded expertise is his keen sense of beauty, style, space, and its potential. “I pride myself at being very good at envisioning what my customers are looking for, finding the right fit, even presenting them with options they may have not considered.” Reza always thinks out of the box!
